Can I Exchange My Planter?
Did you buy a plant pot because it caught your eye but it doesn’t vibe with your decor? Thankfully, we offer a unique program at our store called “pottery swap.” Bring in your used pottery to JustPots to receive a credit for new pots at Just Pots. Your trade-in pieces will be evaluated on style and condition. Our pottery experts will give you credit determined towards new pots in stock. Swapped pots will also be available for purchase at JustPots.
What if I Can’t Find the Right Pot?
We understand that finding the right pottery planter for your living space can be equally rewarding and challenging. As a result, we’d like to alleviate some of that headache. If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, please give us a call. Our team will gladly assist you in finding high-quality choices.
Do You Sell Gift Cards?
Just Pots has electronic gift cards available on our online store. If you’d like a pottery gift card in a different amount not listed please contact our store. We sell gift cards in amounts of $25, $50, $100, and $200.
Do You Deliver?
For orders under $1,500 (excluding tax), delivery is available for a flat $30 fee plus $4 per mile, calculated one way from our store to your delivery location.
For orders of $1,500 or more (excluding tax), delivery is free within 30 miles of 17115 Redland Road, San Antonio, TX. For deliveries more than 30 miles away, a $30 flat fee plus $4 per mile applies.

Do you install the fountain I purchased?
Yes! We offer professional fountain installation for fountains purchased from Just Pots.
Installation ranges from $100 to $700, depending on the fountain’s size and complexity.
